Yummy Mummy

My family recently started a new Halloween tradition of eating a Yummy Mummy for dinner on Halloween night.  It took me a few years to come up with our traditional Halloween dinner but once we made this we knew we had it.  Being in Utah we celebrated Halloween tonight and had this for dinner, but we like it enough we will probably do it for dinner tomorrow night as well. So just in case you are still trying to find your traditional Halloween dinner I am going to share this with you.
So here is what you need:
1 chicken breast cut into small cubes and cooked in 2tblsp butter and 3 finely chopped garlic cloves.

 1/2 head broccoli steamed.
1 c grated mozzarella and 1/4c shredded Parmesan.
1/2 tomato diced, 2 green onions diced, 1/2c chopped spinach
3 tblsp roasted garlic parmesan sauce.

And a cute baby following you around in the kitchen.  (not necessary but certainly helpful)
And lastly 1 loaf worth of frozen bread dough thawed and rolled into this triangular shape.

Using a pizza cutter cut slits into the dough in this pattern.

Start by spreading sauce on middle of mummy then top with rest of toppings. Fold the top into a ball.
Then just keep folding pieces over.
Roll the bottom piece up and pinch the middle of it.
Transfer to pan ( I love my baking stones for recipes like this!) And brush with a beaten egg.  Now let him be for 15 min.
Then pop him into an 350 degree oven for 20ish minutes.

Now eat up and enjoy!  We certainly love this at our house.

Notes: You can also fill this with typical pizza toppings but we like it much better this way.
If it's not Halloween time you can still enjoy this yummy treat just fold it like a braid instead of a mummy.
